Getting Started
You tell us when to come on site to conduct a free Energy Audit that includes a bulb-by-bulb breakdown, along with a monthly, annual, and multi-year roll out of operating costs and savings potential. We’ll discuss improvements to make or how to match what you have. We can retrofit any interior or exterior fixture. We’ll then provide a free Project Summary Savings Report entailing monthly and annual operating costs and projected savings. After all is said and done you then decide if you want to take the leap.
We provide three financing options. Make a direct bulb and installation purchase; enter into a 36-60-month financing alternative; or participate in the Saving Share Program. With the Saving Share Program we pay the total cost of the bulbs. You “share” with us 65% of the lighting savings and keep 35% without investing a dime (subject to eligibility).

Is there a warranty on the new lights?
Absolutely. We offer a minimum of 7 years.
How will I know the lights are saving energy?
Aside from a decrease in utility bills, we’ll provide a wholly comprehensive measurement and verification report (included in the Saving Share Program).
How long do LEDs last?
LEDs last 80,000-100,000 hours (8 hours per day and approximately 30 years). That is 20 times longer than an incandescent bulb and about 7 times longer than a fluorescent bulb.
What is the most important design consideration of an LED bulb?
A quality heat sink is critical as it helps to prolong the life of the driver.
